WARRANTY
Go ahead, get rough. We expect you to bring TruWood with you wherever you go. Sometimes that’s a (hopefully) low-impact corporate meeting, other times that’s a solo climb or a doubles tournament. We offer a 12-month manufacturers warranty on all items. If yours breaks, you can get it replaced at no extra charge (even if it’s your fault - just cover shipping!)

Once the claim is approved, you'll receive an email voucher with store credit in the amount of your defective product that you can use on the same product.
