I love this watch. The only thing I don’t like is the double deployant clasp. Compared to the my other truwood Nighthawk watch that just has a single deployant clasp.

I gave an earlier review based on my mistaken belief about the customer service. I was incorrect. I still stand true regarding the beautiful craftsmanship and the quality of the product which I wrote about in my first review. However, I was wrong about the customer service. They did indeed reach out and helped me solve my issues with the order number. It was more than 48 hours but they did come through and helped me. I am glad I have been proven incorrect. I will continue purchasing unique products such as these from them as they are beautiful items.

IsraelNice unboxing experience and decent quality watch. I don't recommend attempting to shorten it yourself.
The box it came in was very nicely made, but the watch came about 2 links too big for my wrist, so I had to remove a couple of them. It's now an okay fit, a tiny bit too tight for my liking. While removing one of the pins holding the links together, the link I was attempting to remove broke (the wood split in half, along the pin-hole). Not a huge deal since I removed that link anyways, but just something to keep in mind. Delivery was okay except for them choosing to use local postal services to get the product to your home, which at least in my country is never a good idea because the local postal services suck and tend to lose packages. Would be better if they shipped using DHL all the way to your door, or some other international service, instead of local postal service.
